William "Billy" Perez
Born and raised in Southern California, Billy decided to pursue his dream of owning real estate during the COVID-19 pandemic. As Billy found more and more success with Vacation Rental property management, he created Elevate Vacation Homes with the hope of establishing a direct booking site for all of his rental properties and finding amazing, new clients for our property management services. During his free time, Billy spends time with his wife, plays Golf, and coaches/plays volleyball.
